Chapped Lips

Hey readers,

So it cold out now in some places but in others there’s snow and everyone knows what the cold does to your lips so it’s very important to keep them moist, and lip gloss won’t help and some chapped stick won’t work too. So there is one the brand is Bert Bees and it made just for the winter cold and if you want the gloss then you add lip gloss like, I do. And then there a FUN way of doing thing here’s a recipe for natural lip balm:
                       Homemade peppermint
                         Lip balm
2 ounces almond kernel oil ( you can get this at a health food store)
¼ ounces beeswax (also health food store or whole foods)
1 teaspoon vegetable glycerin
1 to 2 drops of peppermint essential oil

Now for this part your going to need a parent’s help. Place the almond kernel oil and beeswax in the top of a double boiler over medium heat. Warm, stirring gently. Until the beeswax melts completely. Remove from heat and stir in glycerin and essential oil. beat with a whisk or electric mixer until the mixture take on a creamy consistency. Store’s up to six months in a glass jar with a screw-top lid.
So stay happy or do what make you happy. Cheers! J
