Here are a couple of tips for your face, hands and feet.
Banana face mask
Here's what you need:
1/2 banana1/4 cup oatmeal cooked with milk
1 egg
1/2 tablespoon honey
Here’s what you do: Mash up the banana and mix the ingredients together in a bowl. Massage onto face and neck in a slow, circular motion, creating a thin layer. Chillax for 15 minutes. And rub on some face oil.
Hand cleaner
Here’s what you need:
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons apricot oil
1/2 lemon
1/2 lemon
Here’s what you do:
Combine sugar, oil and juice from the lemon. Massage mixture onto clean hands, nails and wrists. Rinse, dry and follow with a hand lotion.
Coffee Foot Scrub
Here’s what you need:
4 tablespoons ground coffee3 tablespoons coarse sea salt
3 tablespoons corn meal
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 drops of peppermint oil
Here’s what you do:
Mix all the ingredients together into a paste. Massage the scrub onto feet paying close attention to heels and callused spots. Let the paste sit for 10 minutes while enjoying a cup of java and then rinse off with warm water. By two weeks or so people are going be in awe take it from me i get it all the time.
